I love words so books are one of my favorite past times. I love topics on Spirituality, Quantum Physics, Health and Wellness. I love Biographies, Science Fiction genres and all things to do with alternative health and wellness. I love great movies and especially adore Downtown Abbey, who doesn't love it really! While not an official "Treker" I do love the entire Star Trek franchise including the new movies, all great story~ I love long walks and Yoga and quiet afternoons in a thunderstorm in the mountains. In fact, I love the White Mountains in NE Arizona, I love my cabin in the White Mountains, probably my favorite place in the world! I love my sweet dog Bandit who was a rescue. I support animal rescue of any kind. I love my work, my family and grateful for my health! Health is the key to any life well lived! I love my family most of all and grateful for my friends~
